Terms and Conditions
By ordering, clients confirm that they have read, understood and agreed on all our terms and conditions. All terms, conditions and prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are shipped US certified check or US money order. Visa or Mastercards welcomed. All special orders must be prepaid in full. Dealers may use company checks after completing our dealer application in full and after have been approved. A USD$25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Costs associated with collection agency fees, legal fees, interest and service charges will be added to all unpaid invoices if litigation is necessary for collection.

Freight
All USA orders are shipped FOB South San Francisco, Ca. All shipping charges must be prepaid. Unless special instructions are given UPS or Fed-ex Ground will be used. Airfreight and ocean shipment available upon request.

Freight Claims
We carefully inspect all our products before shipment. All claims for loss or damage are to be made by the customer to the freight carrier. The carrier has full responsibility for all merchandise once it leaves our premises. Shipments with shortages or errors in qty must be reported to Kustom Culture within 5 business days.

Returns
All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving products. Returns must have an RMA# (Return Material Authorization) from Kustom Culture. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please call. A 20% handling fee will be charged for restocking of parts. The 20% fee will not be charged if the return is a result of defective merchandise or an error on our part. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and packaged as originally shipped. The customer is responsible for product damage during shipment due to improper packaging. No packages will be accepted if shipped COD to Kustom Culture. Returns are valid for exchange or credit only.

Warranty
All Kustom Culture Cycles designed products are for custom applications and intended for accessorizing motorcycles for display. It is the responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the products sold by Kustom Culture Cycles for his or her intended use. The user shall assume all legal, personal injury, liability and all other obligations and risks associated therewith. All products must be installed according to the OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) service manual by a qualified professional mechanic. The installation may void factory warranty. Our warranty for Kustom Culture Cycle products is limited to repair and replacement of defective products up to 30 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, negligence, alteration or misuse. We will not accept for return any product that has been damaged or modified during improper installation. Kustom Culture Cycles will not be held responsible for incidental damages arising from or in connection with the use of any part sold by Kustom Culture Cycles. All merchandise distributed by Kustom Culture Cycles are warranted only to the extend of the original manufacturer's warranties and Kustom Culture Cycles shall have no obligation with respect to any claims or obligations arising as a result of any such warranties.

Installation of Parts
The parts offered in this catalog must be installed according to OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) service manuals by a professional qualified mechanic. All parts should be inspected prior to installation by a qualified mechanic for proper fit and function. All application information, photos and product specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of release of product.
