It's called a Coin Stash. It attaches over the handlebar brake master cylinder and stores whatever you want. Slots holding rolled bills for toll are sewn onto the velco flap which covers a pouch designed to scoop change from two fingers. Outer shell is 100% 600 Denier woven polyester. Mounting surface is coated for protection.
